Cancellation policy MNC Easter 2024

In case of cancellation of a player, coach, companion (natural person) the following policy will apply:

  • If the registered person cannot participate in the Tournament without prior notice of at least Two weeks prior to the date of celebration, it can be replaced free of charge by another person providing the complete data of this, and the refund of 100% of the amount paid will proceed (the amount that will be paid by the registered nou). In case of not replacing the participant, the penalty amount will be 25% of the total.
  • If the cancellation is made within a period of two weeks in a week before the start of the Tournament, the penalty will be 75% of the total.
  • If the cancellation is made within a period less than the last week of the start of the Tournament, no refund will be made.

In the event of cancellation of a team or club, the following policy will apply:

  • If the registered team or club cancels the reservation before February 3rd, everything will be refunded except the €500 registration fee for each team.
  • If the cancellation is made between February 3rd to March 10th, Mare Nostrum Cup will retain 30% of the total registration.
  • If the cancellation is made between March 11th and March 17th, Mare Nostrum Cup will retain 60% of the total registration.
  • If the cancellation is made later than March 17th, the Mare Nostrum Cup will retain 80% of the total registration.
